What number of guests can you accommodate for paella and tapas?
We currently provide our onsite paella and bar offerings for parties of 25 or more guests, and can easily accommodate events of up to 1000 attendees. For smaller parties, please ask about our paella pickup options!
What is your service area?
We are based out of Portland, Oregon and provide service to the surrounding area from the coast, through the valley and into the Cascades. If you have a location in mind that’s out of the area, please contact us with the details.
Can you serve paella at my wedding?
Yes we can. Paella is a memorable and striking dish for weddings. We can provide an array of tapas as guests mingle for cocktail hour, then follow with paella beautifully served directly from the Valencian pans with the sides and salads of your choice. Your guests will remember the experience for years to come.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
Yes we can. All of our Paella is gluten and dairy-free and we are happy to tailor Paellas for everyone. We are able to prepare multiple pans to accommodate all of your guests.
Are you a full service caterer?
Yes we are. We can provide everything you will need for an seamlessly executed and memorable party. We have full bar services and professional bartending staff, with signature sangrias and cocktails, customized wine and beer selections and Stumptown Coffee. We also offer full rentals including tables, chairs, linens, glassware, tenting, lighting, decor and any other elements you may envision for your event. In addition to paella and tapas we offer a range of seasonal side dishes, desserts and traditional Spanish fare, as well as themed non-paella menus.
